Storing Your Coffee Beans

Once you receive your order, transfer the coffee into an airtight container to protect it from exposure to air, which can lead to oxidation and loss of flavor. Room temperature is ideal for storing coffee, as extreme temperatures can affect its taste and aroma.

It's essential to keep your coffee away from direct sunlight, as UV rays can degrade the quality of the beans and lead to a stale taste. Additionally, moisture is the enemy of fresh coffee, so ensure that your storage container is completely dry before transferring the coffee into it. Exposure to moisture can cause the coffee beans to become damp and lose their flavor.

Avoid storing your coffee in areas prone to heat, such as near the stove or oven, as heat can accelerate the deterioration of the coffee's quality. Furthermore, it's best not to store coffee in the refrigerator or freezer. While it may seem like a good idea to prolong freshness, the fluctuating temperatures and moisture levels in these environments can cause the coffee to absorb unwanted odors from other foods, compromising its taste.

Ensure that every cup is as delicious as the first.
