Bali Blu, a medium-dark roast that brings out the rich and complex flavors of Bali’s finest beans. This distinctive blend offers a tasting profile with notes of dark chocolate, molasses, and brown sugar, delivering a luxurious and satisfying experience with every sip.
Our Bali Blu Coffee is sourced from the picturesque region of Kintamani in Bali, Indonesia. Cultivated by dedicated smallholder farmers, these beans represent the heart and soul of Balinese coffee culture. The farmers expertly grow and harvest premium varieties, including Bourbon, Typica, and Catimor, ensuring a top-quality product.
Grown at elevations between 1200 and 1600 meters, the beans benefit from the high-altitude climate that enhances their flavor profile. The volcanic loam soil in Kintamani, enriched by the region’s volcanic activity, imparts unique mineral qualities to the coffee, contributing to its distinctive taste.
